  • SAME DAY DELIVERY orders placed on weekdays (Mon-Fri) in between 00:00 Midnight - 10:30AM will be processed and shipped within the same day of purchase, depending on the product availability.
  • Orders placed on Friday at 10:30AM or after; weekends and public holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day.
  • Please note that orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (Monday – Friday), excluding major holidays.
  • Once your orders have been picked up by our logistic partners (pickupp/ lalamove), a SMS notification would be send to you can then track the delivery status of your SAME DAY order via the PICKUPP/ LALAMOVE:
